My newest book, 'The Sweetness of Braj’s Village Life,' is now available on Amazon.
I express my heartfelt gratitude to Mahanidhi Swami and Advaita Das for their constant support and kind words from the bottom of my heart.
The book is about the non-difference of Vraja on earth and the Vraja in the spiritual world with all the statements of the ācāryas, and an introduction to Braj's village life.
The book's highlight consists of a full chapter spanning 50 pages, showcasing 35 pictures of today's Braj along with matching Sanskrit verses from the Bhāgavata and the Gosvāmīs' texts.
The concluding section explores the sun in the śāstras, its relationship to time, noting the sun as the (right) eye of Kṛṣṇa, how Kṛṣṇa spends his time in Braj, and particularly emphasizes the sun's role in the Braj-līlā. This reveals an absolute mahā mādhurya factor, of Rādhā's and Kṛṣṇa's village life in Braj.
In total, the book contains more than 70 carefully selected pictures of Braj, with many of them specifically photographed for this project.
